Anglican High ballers look set for T-Net Cup win with big victory over Yishun

Anglican High eased to a workmanlike 74-45 win over Yishun Sec to qualify for one of the top-six positions of the T-Net Cup. This tournament was organised by the T-Net Club for the U14 school basketball teams as a tune up for the upcoming C Division inter-school basketball tournament in July.

Raffles Girls’ and Unity girls qualify for national basketball semi-finals and other results

Anglican High girls played the best match of their quarter final qualifying campaign so far when they romped to a comprehensive victory over Ahmad Ibrahim Sec. Led by forward Kum Yu Shi's (#13) 19 points, the taller and stronger Anglican High team never looked in danger of losing the game. They extended a first half 26-8 lead to an eventual 55-32 win.

Unity girls come from behind to beat Anglican High

Anglican High was dealt a severe blow to their qualifying hopes after suffering their second successive defeat in the girls national quarter final rounds. They lost 39-47 to Unity Sec in addition to their earlier 45-51 loss to Raffles Girls.

Anglican High, Chung Cheng High (Main) to meet in East Zone final

Anglican High survived a fierce fourth quarter onslaught by Ngee Ann Secondary to march into the East Zone basketball final. Although Ngee Ann managed to outscore their more illustrious opponent 20-11 in the fourth quarter, they still ended up losing the semi-final by a close 65-70 scoreline.

Anglican High roll over Macpherson in East Zone B Division basketball

Anglican High, Friday, January 18, 2008 - East Zone powerhouse Anglican High (AHS) defeated Macpherson 62-14 despite the latter putting up a strong fight. The East Zone B Division Girls match was played in front of strong home crowd support for AHS.
