Lavin Raj (#10) of ACS Barker finished with a game-high 23 points as he produced an assertive display in the paint on both ends.
RI had beaten ACS(BR) 20-17 in the preliminary round.
St. Andrew's will now meet ACS (Independent) in the final.
A downpour midway in the game did not stop the defending champions from securing their second win of the season.
Javille Goh (#13) led RI with two tries, both of which came in the first half. Despite the loss, Ryan Galistan (#13), who is only in his first year at ACS, stood out from the field as he anchored the comeback attempt with his nifty footwork and impressive runs.
Kyler's counterpart, Saciin Esan (#418), emerged as the first runner-up, achieving a height clearance of 3.06m. The third spot was taken up by Koh Ken Tze (#347) of Victoria School with a height of 2.91m, after a count back.
ACS (Independent) beat ACS (Barker Road) 56–22 to face St. Andrew's Secondary in the final.
