Cedar Girls' took control of the game in the first set, as they raced out to a 7–1 lead. Ang Mo Kio suffered early on as they struggled to keep the ball in play.
Cedar Girls' Secondary (CGS) took out Fairfield Methodist School (Secondary) (FMSS) 2–0 (25–3, 25–14) in the semi-final of the South Zone C Division Volleyball Championship.
Nanyang Girls’ High were second in 4:24.60, while Cedar Girls’ Secondary came in third in 4:27.09.
Cedar Girls’ Secondary came in second with 52.13 seconds, while Nanyang Girls’ High trailed in third with 54.31 seconds.
Portia Tan of Singapore Sports School came in second with a timing of 13.37 seconds, while Tanisha Moghe of Cedar Girls’ Secondary finished third in 13.54 seconds to improve on last year's fourth position.
Jezebel Koh of Singapore Sports School finished second with a jump of 1.50m, while Choun Ray Yi of Nanyang Girls' High School was third with 1.43m.
Carmel Teo of Jurong Junior College vaulted a height of 3.18m to clinch the title.
