Both teams made mistakes. But NTU had fewer of them, which eventually helped them to a 3-1 win over an equally matched NUS, earning them their second straight win.
Lu Zuokun (#3) stood out on both ends, spiking and roofing his way to keep NUS ahead. Likewise, NTU counterpart Johner Tham (#5) was also similarly effective, but lacked a little support from his team-mates.
A double-double by national cager Lim Shengyu (#12) helped NUS close out a flawless season with a 80-62 win over SIM in the final, earning them their second straight title.
NTU's Lim Jia Min (#6) finished the game with a double-double of 18 points and 12 rebounds, to go with seven dimes and five steals.
