Dylan Koo of Anglo-Chinese School (Independent) broke two records when he won the Boys' C Division 100 metres butterfly final at the 54th National Schools Swimming Championships. The 13-year-old clocked a time of 57.15 seconds to break his own National Under-14 mark of 57.30 sec. It also bettered National Open record holder Joseph Schooling's four-year-old meet record of 57.55 sec.
Quah Zheng Wen of Anglo-Chinese School (Independent) won the Boys' A Division 200m freestyle gold in 1 minute 54.10 seconds.
13-year-old Francis Fong of Anglo-Chinese School (Independent) (ACS(I)) broke his own 28.66 seconds meet record he had previously set in the heats to finish first in 28.37s in the C Division Boys 50-meter Backstroke.
