Arissa Rashid of Nanyang Girls' High was second in 2:31.89 while Levyn Wong of Dunman High School was third in 2:31.90.
Silver medalist Nurul Syarah Bte Razali clocked 13.18s, just 0.01s ahead of bronze medalist Haanee Bte Hamkah.
Coming in second was Nur Ria Isabelle of Singapore Sports School with a 13.11s effort. Elizabeth's teammate, Bernice Liew, settled for bronze with 13.15s.
Rainer's teammate Mohamed Haziq finished second with 11.88s while Mohamed Ishal Zikang of RI came in third with 12.08s.
This win also meant that SSP runners Lucas Lim, Mohd Haziq and Reuben Lee broken both the 4x100m and 4x400m record in one day.
The previous electronically-timed record for the event stood at 3:26.55, set in 2003 by Raffles Institution.
More than 0.4s was shaved off the 9-year record, as SSP came away with the gold medal.
