The Singapore Sports School entered the last day of the 51st National Inter-School Track and Field Championships in fourth place, 27 points behind leaders Cedar Girls' Secondary but magnificent performances by their sprinters on the day enabled them to overhaul that deficit to emerge champions in the girls' C Division.

Sakinah Muslimah Bte Johar of Singapore Sports School registered a new Girls' C Division Triple Jump record with a distance of 11.32 metres at the 51st National Inter-School Track & Field Championships.
Inez Leong, Goh Wei Ning and Jannah Wong left the Schools Track and Field championships with new championship records in the girls' A, B Division 100 metres and C Division 80 metres hurdles races, but only Wei Ning finished without a gold medal.
Victoria School’s Sean Toh became the first athlete to better the Youth Olympic Games (YOG) benchmark set by the Singapore Athletic Association (SAA) when he won the Boys’ B Division 110 metres hurdles in 13.98 seconds at the 51st National Schools Track And Field Championships.
Singapore Sports School, Raffles Girls’ School (RGS), CHIJ (Toa Payoh) and St. Margaret's Secondary all finished top of their respective groups after the first round of the B Division Netball Championship as they recorded victories on the final day of group action.
