A Div 110m Hurdles: Singapore Sports School’s Chong Wei Guan breaks 13-year meet record in 14.13 seconds

Right off the gun, it was clear that Singapore Sports School's Chong Wei Guan was the victor, as he finished ahead of the A Division boys' 110 metres hurdles field in a blistering 14.13 seconds to clinch his second straight title.

C Div 100m: Nanyang Girls’ Elizabeth-Ann Tan shatters 24-year record

Elizabeth ran 12.41 seconds, clocked with a tailwind of 0.1 metre/second to break Lim Joo Lee's C division hand-timed 12.6s record that was set in 1993. Teammate Bernice Liew claimed the silver in a personal best 12.72s. Both girls later combined to help Nanyang Girls' High School to gold in the 4 by 100 metres relay.

B, C Div Relays: Nanyang Girls’ prevent Singapore Sports School clean sweep at nationals

Nanyang Girls' all-star C Division relay teams were anchored by 80m hurdles-100m double gold medallist Elizabeth-Ann Tan and 800m-1500m champion Wu Shu Han. The girls clocked 50.04 seconds in the 400m relay -- their best this season -- and 4 minutes 15.68 seconds in the 1600m relay to claim two gold medals to add to the five individual ones the school earned previously.

A Div 4x400m Relay: Sports School girls claw back from 6th to 1st to deny HCI and RI in thriller

Only in sixth position on the second leg, Addeen Idzni pulled one position ahead for SSP, before Celeste Goh destroyed the competition on the third leg, going from fifth to second. Anchor runner Ismi Zakiah then powered SSP home to gold in 4:12.23. Only 0.9 seconds separated the top three of SSP, HCI and RI.

A Div 4x100m Relay: RI girls power home to 6th victory in last 11 years

RI's winning time of 49.60s is just 0.2 seconds shy of the championship record in the event. Sports School finished second in 50.03s, with HCI third in 51.24s.

A Div 100m: CJC’s Shahmee Ruzain beats RI’s Joshua Chua for rare double sprint double

Shahmee clocked 11.04s against a headwind of 1.3m/s, while Joshua finished second in 11.13s.
