ACS(I)'s anchor Joshua Lim stopped the clock at 3:27.60, ahead of SAJC's 3:28.82 and VJC's 3:31.12. SAJC's and VJC's podium finishes also meant traditional powerhouses RI and HCI were both denied of a top three finish for the first time in eight years.
Led by Lloyd Ng's (HCI #2) game-high 13 points, 11 HCI players scored in the game against VJC to secure the 74-15 victory.

Jerrell finished the B boys 2000 metres steeplechase ahead of the three people who have recently outran him, including Singapore Sports School's Rohan D'Costa. Hwa Chong Institution's Fang Yiyang, Ivan Song and Er Wen Han finished 1-2-3 in the A boys 3000 meters steeplechase, while Victoria Junior College's Phoebe Kee won the A girls 2000 metres steeplechase to complete a hat-trick of distance titles.
Chloe Tan (NJC #10) led NJC with game-high nine points to outlast VJC in the fourth quarter.
Phoebe Kee posted a personal best 11:05.00, finishing the 3000m race almost a full 10 seconds ahead of Raffles Institution's Toh Ting Xuan who ran 11:15.37 and Elaine Quah's 11:20.11.
Hussein ran 16:25.57 to claim gold, while teammate Timothy Liau ran 16:56.53 for silver.
