Down 0–1, VJC fought hard to eventually defeat HCI 3–1. This result marks VJC's first title in 24 years.
Nanyang Junior College (NYJC) were down 0–2 but a late surge enabled them to steal the champion's crown from Victoria Junior College (VJC) with an eventual score of 3–2.
M Vaishnavi (YJC #2), Sabriana Boon (YJC #8), Cheng Xin Yi (YJC #9) and Ong Swee Ling (YJC #29) contributed to the score board.
The two teams had earlier met during the group stage where they drew 1–1. To get to the final, VJC had beaten ACJC 2–0 in one semi-final while RI saw off MJC 2–1 in the other.
With a semi-final qualification at stake, Benjamin Ong (#22) stepped up and headed home VJC's most important goal of the season, earning them a spot in the semi-final.
