Glen Palmer (#195) from Victoria Junior College clinched silver in 10:34.18, and bronze went to teammate Edward Lee (#200) who finished in 10:38.09.
Despite falling hard at the water jump in her first lap, Vanessa still managed to set a new meet record. She smashed the four-year-old record set by Raffles Institution alumna, Wan Zarah, by 5.64 seconds.
Victoria Junior College's Sherman Lim (#208) took home the silver medal with a time of 2:04.78, while Dai Nan Tian (#251) of Hwa Chong Institution finished in third place in 2:05.17.
