The 17-year-old, who turns 18 in June, established her dominance in the event right from her first attempt, as she averaged a throw distance of more than 9.50m.
In her A Division debut, Kon Pei Ying of HCI cleared a jump height of 1.58m to clinch the gold medal. Seniors Lim Ping (#191) and Siew Lei (#201) completed the podium sweep for HCI.
Nicole Low takes home the gold medal in 12:55.3, helping VJC to win their first girls' A Division team title in eight years.
Raffles Institution's 1-2-3-8 finish handed them the boys' A Division team title. First-placed Shohib Marican became the sixth runner in history to win consecutive A Division titles.
Lee Jin Hao (#80) and Muhammad Jazli (#21) led MJC with two goals each.
ACJC are through to the final for the first time after beating defending champions, VJC.
Kang Seong Soo (#9) and Jerrick Chan (#10) scored a goal each for ACJC, while Muhd Ammar (#10) contributed the opening goal.
