National Schools Sailing: Day 3 summary
The B Division boys and girls, J Division boys and girls, and the A Division girls began their pursuit for gold on the third day of the National Inter-School Sailing Championships.
B Div Pole Vault: HCI’s Yeo Teng Wei bags gold with 3.65m leap on count back
Despite registering a 3.65 metre leap alongside Yeo Teng Wei (#238), RI's Josh Lee (#292) had to settle for second place due to a count back.
B Div Cross Country (Boys): Ierhan Raushan of Singapore Sports School claims individual gold in 16:08.2
Ierhan Raushan of Singapore Sports School wins his first B Div cross country title. ACS (I) emerge champions in the team category.
National B Div Floorball (Boys): St. Gabriel’s oust Victoria School 5–4 to clinch bronze
Marcus Yap (SGS #28) and Abdul Mateen (VS #4) were the top scorers for their team with three and two goals each.
National B Div Floorball (Boys): Bukit Merah defeat Victoria School 7–5 to advance to final
Tristan See (#8) led Bukit Merah with 5 goals while Thaddeus Tan (#3) and Abdul Mateen (#4) led Victoria with 2 goals each.
C Div 4x400m (Boys): ACS(I) win decisively in 3:41.42
Singapore Sports School came in second in a time of 3:44.69, while Hwa Chong Institution clinched bronze in 3:46.28.
B Div 4x100m (Boys): Singapore Sports School clock 43.61s for fourth consecutive win
RI were second in 44.17 seconds, while Victoria School won the battle for third in 45.39s, with only 0.13 seconds separating them and sixth-placed St Patrick's School.
B Div 1500m (Boys): Keith Yong of Sports School wins gold in 4:29.95
Dylan Tan of Hwa Chong Institution came in second in 4:32.41, while Catholic High's Chester Lee ran a 4:32.61 to finish third.
