Two-goal hero Dharvin paid tribute to his coaches and teammates.
“I feels really good about this victory, the team is in good shape. We have a bunch of dedicated coaches who really helped us. Also we have a multi-cultural squad which is different from other teams.”
“We went on a team bonding trip to Malaysia in June which really helped us as our chemistry and fitness improved from there,” he shared.
Besides, he also gave credit to his team’s fighting spirit.
“We went down a couple of times in previous games but we always managed to come back to win the games.”
Meanwhile a disappointed Seng Kang coach Mr Donald Wan lamented his team’s individual errors that cost his team the game.
“It was definitely those errors that cost us,” he said. “The first goal was a goalkeeping error, as for the second one our marking was slack. Also man-for-man, they are also bigger, stronger and faster than my players for sure.”
